I recently had to switch operators temporarily to Lebara, keeping my old three number. I got a new phone & plan and got a temporary number. My old number was transferred to the new SIM today. Im trying to log into my Three account but it’s saying “Your account has been closer” any help?

Check with customer service. Your port may not have completed would be my guess;but it is just that;a guess. Strange you say you HAD to switch operators. I’ve not yet been forced to do so by a mobile operator as far as I’m aware.

It seams you are logging into the account you had with 3 previously. I had to re-register for My3 using a different email address when I did the same thing as @100881

Tried doing this but it says "Please check the details you entered are correct. If you still encounter an issue, please contact us."

Then please contact them. They have access to your account and this forum doesn’t!
