Not received my returns bag

I cancelled my 3 5G contract and have had my final bill confirming this.no returns bag has arrived after several weeks and now I have been sent an email threatening to charge me £105 if it’s not returned.how do I return it?

Secure Three phone numbers.

Are the phone numbers 0333 338 1031 and 1062 actually Three. I’ve been contacted by them re my contract and want to feel secure to communicate with them.
