I have used a mobile hotspot for several years and use a 12 month 24GB SIM card. When I go onto the My3 app on my phone the first login page shows the latest number, but when the home page opens it shows my previous number that ran out of data. I am trying to see how much data I have left on the number I am using now but cannot remove the previous number.

Welcome to the Three Community.
When you signed into your account previously, did the number you currently wish to view appear in the account homepage, or has it always displayed the other number?
Did you happen to leave Three at all, and then re-register with the same email address? I'm just checking this, as this can sometimes show an old number in your account, if it the number was used under the same email address on a previous account.
If so, it may be that we need to link your newer number to your online account. When you're in the online account - if you navigate to Account > Account Settings > Link another account or number, there should be an option for this.
Alternatively, please pop through to our Pay as You Go team, where we can look at re-registering the number and removing the previous number.
