Have tried to cancel my contract but I am unable to as of last week my bill is still going up at the moment it stands at over £200

Have you thought of phoning them on "333"- there's a novel idea.

I'm sorry to hear there's been issues with cancelling your contract. You mentioned on another post that the issues with paying the bills relate to a disability. I'd recommend to discuss your circumstances with our Customer Wellness Team if that's the case. They're specialists who help customers in any vulnerable circumstances, so I'm sure they'll do their best to help you.
