We have a business account with two phones on it. We record a personal message on each phone, play it back (all good ), and save it. But when someone calls either number all they get is the standard default ‘caller is unavailable’ message, not even our names. We’ve gone through the process several times and it still doesn’t work. When we first contact Three about this all they did was send us the instructions of how to record a personal message…..which we already knew. Anyone else have this, and are there any solutions?

This is a bad implementation of visual voicemail by Three ( total mess in my opinion )
as you have on device vm & network vm ( unlike the other networks whom sync both & vm is unified vm. )
an option is to switch off live ‘live voicemail’ which will revert to network vm only
or
you need to add your greeting to both on device & the three vm as this will work
