Three + locked me out after porting in number

Hi all,

I changed from one three contract to another (not upgraded), so had to port out and in my three phone number to keep it. Now I have my number back on the new sim, I cant log into the Three + app or register a new account, even though my number is the same. I can still log into the Three app. The exact error message is "Unauthorized: USER_IS_TERMINATED". Any advice? The chatbot can't understand what I am asking for!

Welcome to the Three Community Page.

At the moment you'll be unable to register for Three+ as the telephone number been associated with a Three+ account previously. We`re working on resolving this so you should have access in the future.
