Unable to enter compititions via text

Hi

Since updating my contract I am no longer able to enter any radio compititions via text. 

Any ideas how I lift this restriction ?

Those texts aren’t free so won’t come out of your allowance. Check your spend cap in the Three app or online. Alternatively contact customer service.
