Unable to re-register

When I try to re-register it just says,"Please check the details you entered are correct. If you still encounter an issue, please contact us." I don't think I've previously made an account so I don't know what to do.

Hello. 

Often people use a different email address now compared with when they originally set up their Three accounts. This can cause an issue with re-registration. I'd recommend trying it with any older email addressed you may have given to Three. 

If you're still having issues afterwards, it's likely the account will need to be reset. You can reach the team on chat or by calling the number here.
