I recently attempted to use my Cineworld voucher code ([insert voucher code]) to book a ticket, but the system is stating that the code has already been used. However, I have not redeemed it before, and I am unsure why this error is occurring.
I have double-checked the code, ensured it is entered correctly, and verified that it has not expired. Despite this, I am still unable to use it. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue, as I would like to use the voucher to book a movie.
Please let me know how this can be rectified at your earliest convenience. I would appreciate either a reissued voucher or a resolution that allows me to redeem this one.

Hello there.
Welcome to the Three Community.
It's disappointing to hear you've had issues with the Code. While the code is provided through Three+, the codes are not created by Three. Cineworld supply the codes, and they are also the only ones that can check the status of the codes. I'd recommend speaking to their customer service support team and asking them to check the code and try to determine why it's showing as redeemed if you haven't in fact redeemed it.
Hopefully the team there will be able to provide some answers.
