customer "service" even trying to give 30 days notice to leave AND add any additional user.. They will email my mobile broadband number ?? Not racist but non english call centre and online chat. Please avoid awful, awful, awful. Company will be closed soon. I feel sorry for the employees

I'd appreciate some clarification on the issues you've been having - were you trying to cancel one contract and take out another? What prevented this?
One-time passcode email verification would go to the registered email address on the account. Do you mean they were trying to send the code to the Broadband SIM number?

No I also have access to my Daughters account (eventually set up last year after 3 hours on call) I just wish to give 30 days notice to close as contract expires in Feb. Unbelievably cannot do this online /website !! I do NOT want to go onto "customer service" for another 2 hours....

Capital W in wait! And whilst c/s isn’t ideal on the Three network it’s how you deal with them that matters;same as with everything in life. And referring to your earlier post I’m sure the staff of Three had a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that you feel sorry for them. Unfortunately as per the whole post it’s absolute rubbish. But then you knew that didn’t you.
