Hi all,
I have just taken a new contract with Three but the layout of the MyThree app is completely different from what I am used to.
I can't find the usual sections for the Spending Caps, Roaming settings an so on. Instead there is a page with some Order IDs and a lot of fields appear as 'Undefined'. Then there is the mention "There are no allowances and benefits to show".
All of this seems worrying and I am concerned this contract may not be the regular consumer contract, but more some sort of business type contract.
Any help or information would be very welcome!!

Hi Jonathan,
Yes I am on a Three Your Way plan, so that explains it. The information I am getting on the app is slightly different from the one I have using a browser, the one on the browser seeming to be the more accurate.

Hi @damienp,
Sorry for the delay getting back to you. I'm assuming that this is on the new Three Your Way Plan? The My3 for these is a bit different from what you'll be used to. Are you still seeing these messages now that the account has been open for a couple of weeks?

Hi, open the my3 app and log on. Click on the little icon top right and then on your name/ phone number. Next click on your account and select allowance and price plan. Finally control your spending which will allow you to change your spending cap. Hunt around the your account drop down for adult filter, another phaff. Roaming is under plan which is bottom of the screen when you log in.
I think the team that who created the app are on O2.
