Generally this should be the case, but I can't rule out that we may proactively contact customers with offers and promotions from time to time when they're opted into marketing on their My3 account.

I just want to clarify what would happen if I were to fail the credit check after paying the £200 upgrade fee. Would I be refunded and stay on my current contract, or would my current contract be paid off and nothing else happen?
