Has anyone else been told if you switch from a 1 month rolling sim only contract to a 2 year sim only contract and after you've paid 6 months of bills that you can upgrade to a phone contract with three then you call three customer services to upgrade to a phone contract then they tell you that you can't upgrade and try again in another 3 months??
