Wrong name on account

I just tried to change my address on my account via the chat, only to find for some reason its not my name on the account in your systems. When I log in no other name shows but my own, only my name shows on bills, but I am now locked out of my account and barred from making changes due to an error on Three's part. I assume the error happened when I transferred my current number from an old contract held, in a think my dads name, as I was to young to have my own. Even though this current contract and account has never had his name on it, for some reason its not showing on your systems but my name is showing on mine, so i don't understand how this could have happened. I did call and asked what the process was but received an unhelpful response, and was told as its not my name, i can't do anything. What can I do, as it is surely a security issue as my dad apparently has access to an account he has no business having access to.

You will need to call 333 so that a member of Three's staff can deal with this.
