Fledgling

Hi

im travelling to egypt in september and am trying to find out if i buy the 14-day Go Roam ATW Extra pass will it work with both my phone and watch?

iphone 13 and a ultra 2

the work brilliantly in the uk allowing me to leave phone at home and just rely on my watch.

however i cant seem to get a straight answer and dont wanna be dissapointed when i get there.

Also if i buy the plan now does anyone know if it will activate when i land in just over a month or will be active from the moment i buy it?

many thanks

scott

Hi Scott,

Great questions. Unfortunately you won't have full functionality as the watch will only connect via Bluetooth abroad.

We answer this on this page about Smartwatch pairing, scroll down and you'll find one of the FAQs clarifies that you can't use smartwatch pairing abroad.

We're having a sale on the ATW Extra passes though: Save with Go Roam Passes this summer

You can purchase one of these bundles of passes anytime, and it won't activate till you use your plans allowances abroad in an applicable destination.

Thanks,
Jonathan
