Hello @Scotsim,
Were you able to follow the guidance shared in the thread? If so, has the connection issue been resolved?
Thanks,
Michael

Hi @Scotsim,
I do recall another recent topic Galaxy Watch Ultra LTE - 403 Forbidden and in this case it seems like the error was a temporary one. So perhaps if you try again later this will work,
In some past Apple errors we've found it helpful to clear your Safari History and Website Data in the iPhone's settings.
You can try setting up the pairing plan over mobile data as opposed to whilst the phone is connected to Wi-Fi.or vice versa.
Let us know if any of these suggestions seem to help.
Thanks,
Jonathan

As long as you’re using an Apple iPhone there shouldn’t be an issue. You can only pair like for like on Three;eg Apple Watch to iPhone,Samsung Watch to Samsung phone etc,you get the idea. If you’ve done this and still having issues contact customer service on 333.
