e-SIM transfer issue pixel

I've just got a new pixel phone (following a theft, fun!), and requested a new e-sim to set up on the new phone. I got a text saying they'll let me know when it's ready, but it's been hours. And I've since lost all network and signal and got zero emails to activate anything. And now for some reason I can't get onto the three app without needing to put a one time passcode in - which I can't get cos I'm not connected. I also can't call, cos I'm not connected 🙁

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear of the delay in receiving your eSIM.

How are things looking now? Did you manage to pop through to chat with the Customer service team

I had this issue yesterday. After 4 hours being disconnected I finally managed to access my account, clicked on activate SIM, and all the details were there.
