You can access that information within each bill that's been generated. These will show the usage for the previous billing period. You can access and download the bills form within My3.
You can also get real time information, however it's not as specific or broken down. The real time data can show you how much of each allowance is left. There might be some applications that can track your usage or each allowance. Most phones also allow you to track mobile data usage as well.
