I recently bought a S24+ from your in Sutton high branch. my bank statement indicates that all my debits have gone through. Despite this i am receiving messages from debt collection agency CRS that i missed 2 payments. i went to your shop in person to sort this out and was told to ignore as it was clear that the payments have been made. this has severely affected my credit rating through no fault of my own.
