What's happening when you try to top up? Are you getting a particular error message?
Are you trying to top up via the Three app, online via the website or over the phone by calling 333 or 444?
How long have you had the SIM card? Are you seeing a network connection with the SIM card inserted in your phone, or a 'no signal' message?
