I have been on live chat on Monday and got a link by text for me to uploaded proof of my ID and Bank Statement on Monday 22 September 2025 but no confirmation yet if you recived it yet.
I am trying to sort error of payments on my Bank Account.
I was topping up my Three mobile UK with £60 on the Three UK website and for some reason 2 payments didn’t go through. Three website had error message twice.
One payment out of 3 worked and that payment went through on 27 August at 18:28 account.
My Santander account has been debited 3 times instead of once.

Hello there.
That's not so great. I'm no sure what would of caused that to happen. It could be that the payments went into a reserved state, and got held there for longer than expected, or perhaps the add ons actually completed their purchase and were stacked on the account.
There's no way to know for sure from here as no one here can access your Three account, so I'd recommend reaching out to the Support Team to get the account checked out and explore the available options.
