i am trying to get my pac code i have tried to text PAC followex by ddmmyy but it says unable to process my request due technical fault. just wondering if there is problem with porting out.
because i will essentially paying for two contracts asked customer service but they are unable cancel my contract even though i am in 14 day cooling off period because i dont want to loose my number. can someone please help with this

You can also get your PAC via the Three app, or by logging into your account via the Three UK website. Failing that, try Live Chat or call 333 (444 for PAYG)

Text “PAC” just that (nothing else) to 65075 and you’ll get it by return.
