Best solution Self Service Option for eSIM

As the title says, it'd be great if users on the new system could self-serve when it comes to eSIM.on Vodafone and EE you can request a replacement eSIM and activate it using 2FA.Surely the new Three system has the capability?

How do I know when a 7 or 14 day Go Roam Pass is finished? It is only valid for the month in which it is bought? Or is it when 7 or 14 days have been used?(I'm a pay monthly customer)
