i forget the previous password of my3 account and so i tried to update my email. it's been so long that three did not fix the issue on my account, whenever i try to register my3 from app as well from three website it shows the error Those details have already been used to register. Get in touch with us for details. Technical support team said you have to wait for seven days or we will call you back tomorrow however they don't response back. as i am a loyal customer of three and i am unhappy with the three services. i have checked the community there are so many people they facing the same issue. please solve the matter as soon as you can. THANKS

I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to access your account, that must be frustrating.
Just to clarify, were you unable to reset your password using your old email address? If you try to log in using the original email address, do you get the same error message?
When and how did you update your email? Was this through our Customer Service team?
