Hello @Jankyjellyfish,

I can see a few replies here that confirmed the service was back up and running soon after it was lost.

Are you still experiencing downtime today, or are things looking normal again?

Please feel free to look at the Coverage and Network Status Checker, which might clarify any known issues in your area.

Thanks,
Michael

Hi @Sarah8,

Have things improved since last night, or are you still having issues?

Please pop your postcode into the Coverage and Network Status Checker to see if any additional info is available.

Thanks,
Michael
