Hi there @SHAZLOU,
It's a shame to hear that you've lost connection on your Home Broadband service.
As already noted on this thread, please do not share any personal info, as this is a public forum and it's important to keep your details safe. We've removed this for you already.
As there may be a fault in the area, please keep an eye on the Network Status and Coverage checker to see when this may be fixed.
If this remains ongoing, please have a chat with the Home Broadband team, who'll pop into your account and discuss alternative options if this continues to impact you.
Thanks,
Michael

This is a public forum so I would advise you to delete all of your personal info ASAP.
Have you checked the network status page and have you contacted support by phone or chat?
