4G home broadband

Hi,my 4G home broadband contract is completed on the 31st January 2025 as does my phone SIM only contract,my question is if I terminate the service and then reapply as a new customer,will I be able to take advantage of the first few months new customer subsidy that three offers or will virgin media be my next move as they are aware of my contract ending.

Hello there. 

I'm not sure of the specific subsidy you are referring to, but whatever offer you take will be implemented as agreed at the point of taking it. 

Please bear in mind you won't be able to move your number from one account to another, the new account will be issued with a new number. You would need to use a PAC to port your number to an account with another network, then use another PAC to port the number back.
