Its fine for working from home until 5pm and then is useless, should I expect this to change or cancel and move on?

Hi @willitworkright,
How did this turn out in the end? Did you manage to find a solution, or have you continued to see variable speeds? Let us know if you still need any help with this.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Using ethernet to pc, tried router in different spots with varying lengths of cable, doesn't really effect the extreme lows.

Check for local issues on 3's NETWORK COVERAGE page; additionally
may just be contention.

Coverage should be fine for indoors, getting signal in high 80s. Shows as fine on Three's map and on whatever map I used before signing up.
My issue is that the floor of the speed is not usable. I have a few weeks to either cancel or I am stuck with a 2 year contract, and I see some posts of people having difficulty cancelling. Should I cancel ASAP?

You shouldn't be seeing poor speed in the evening - I am getting good speeds 24x7.
I did experience some initial issues with speed initialy but upon investigation they turned out to be due to problems with the wifi setup on my laptop rather the Three network.
Try to ensure you are using a wired connection to the router when doing speedtests and if your router has a speed test option use that to eliminate local network issues.
