Hi,
I gave up on the supplied NR5103EV2 router as it would lose the connection all the time and I'd have to reboot it. I've got a second hand Nokia router which doesn't have that problem but - it has no external ariel and I'm moving to an area with very bad reception. I'm wondering if an external ariel would help but I would have to switch back to this unreliable router.
I was wondering if there had been any firmware updates to the router in the last year that may have fixed things?
It could just be my local network. I've been with Three for over a year and it never says anything other than there are problems in my area that they are working on. I'm not joking - it's never said anything else.
Thanks
Peter

Hey Peter.
Can you try to connecting the Three router again to check if any firmware updates are available? They'll usually download if it's switched on overnight.
Have you been in touch with our Customer support team to discuss your local network issues? If so, what have they advised?
Thanks, Jade

I clicked the check for update button but it says I'm on the latest firmware. I'll give the support team a go if it plays up again now that I'm back on the original router.

I'll try turning it on again and seeing if it updates
