I am trying to log into my Y5 /Eero home broadband on the app but when I try set the app up it says “if you’ve already connected to the hub Wi-Fi, then tap I’m connected” but I don’t have that button? Only Installation Guide or Need help?

You can check out our Guide Page for this, if you type in the search bar and type 'Add and register a device using the Three app', scroll down and you should see this option to view more. You can have a look at our Device Support page also to help.
