Awful wifi speeds

2 months into 24 month contract and I'd cancel if I could. At times I'm dropping down into the kbps category

I'm just checking in with you regarding the slow speeds that were previously reported.

Have you seen any improvements recently? Have you had a chance to connect with the Home Broadband team for some extra support?

Hello. 

That's not so great. It certainly sounds slower than I'd expect. As it's been going on a couple of months, I'd recommend reaching out to the Home Broadband team at the bottom of the page in order to get it looked into in more depth. Fingers crossed they can come up with a solution for you.
