I was using the Wi-Fi just fine, but at some point, the network light turned blue. I tried moving it around, but it stays the same — it briefly turns white and then goes back to blue. What should I do?

Hi there @sangsik,
When you've spotted the hub lights changing between white and blue, do you lose connection or observe a drop in speeds at all?
Have you rebooted the hub, and if so, has this continued since?
If this keeps happening and there are no issues highlighted on the Coverage and Network Status Checker, please have a chat with the Home Broadband team, who'll run some troubleshooting with you on the hub.
Thanks,
Michael

Have you checked the Network status page https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?tab=2 for problems in your area?
If you have sufficient network speed for your normal needs then switching from 5G to 4G isn't a problem,

Hi
The Blue light means you are on 4G instead of 5G - White light is 5G and Blue light is 4G. No problems should be encountered swithing between them
