Can't connect 5G hub to App

I have just got the ZTEMC888 5G hub. I have set it up and connected devices and seem to be happy with the speeds. 

 

However, I have tried to connect my app to it following the guide and as it's the first time I have to manually login using the username and password on the WebUI on the base of the box. 

However, I just keep getting incorrect username or password and I only have a couple of attempts to login left. 

 

Help!

Hello. 

Oh, that's quite strange. Is there multiple log in details on the Hub? If so, is it possible you could be entering the information from the wrong set of details?
