Three are doing maintenance in my area and the internet speed has dropped from over 300Mbps to just over 1Mpbps, I need this for working from home, can I put an EE or O2 SIM in the router or is it locked to Three SIMS?

Hi, I just wanted to ask - did this work? I am having an absolute nightmare trying to return my router and they are rude on the phone and keep telling me they will send a label via email or post and I haven't received anything. At this point they are going to claim I haven't returned it and I will likely get charged and get stuck with the router.
Did you manage to use a different SIM with yours with no issues? If I do need to keep it at least I know that's an option
