Cant get powerline adapters working with 5G router

Hi ive just switched from Now Broadband and was using 3 TP Link AV600'S fine.

Since I've switched i cant get them to work.

On the nvidia shield the ethernet shows the speed for a second then disappears and repeats. I've somehow managed to change the ip address to a static one and the ethernet is now working downstairs on the shield.

The office room upstairs wont connect any advice? atm its connected via wifi.

Hello, Davy. 

The product isn't something I'm familiar with, so I don't know what requirements there is to get them running. Your 5G Hub should run locally just the same way other routers do so I would have thought it would be the same. You might need to check in with the manufacturer to see if there's any advice they can give. 

Hopefully someone else here on the Community has experience with the devices and can give advice.
