I know the Vonage MT801 (Grandstream) is not faulty because it works with both Virgin and Sky routers. The MT801 registers with Vonage and will receive incoming calls but cannot make outgoing calls.
I assume it is something to do with the NR5103EV2 firewall and port forwarding but don't have the technical knowledge to fix it myself.

Correction: it's the HT801 adapter manufactured by Grandstream.

Hi, I have managed to find a workaround. It seems to happen with the latest firmware.
I did the following:
Log into the router with your admin credentials then go to Broadband, Cellular APN, click on Modify for #1, Switch APN Manual Mode on, change PDP Type to IPv4.
Should now work.
