Been offline all day and eventually got hold of the helpdesk to be told my account has been closed because the account holder has deceased?????. I asked to be reconnected as there has obviously been a cockup on their part! To be told it will take 72 hrs minimum as it has to be investigated!!.

Not happy at all.

That's really strange. I'm not sure how something like that could have happened, but it's good to hear the team are looking into it and hopefully will get you back up and running soon.
