Data pass

I am currently on holiday in Greece and purchased a 12 day data pass which ran out on day two?? 
then tried to get a 3 day pass twice and nothing ! 
Three  app states 12 day pass is still active but I cannot get any thing to load !😡

any help or ideas would be great as using a paper map in 2024 doesn’t seem right !

You only get 12gb fair use for roaming data so have you used all that data? I’m assuming you can still make calls and send SMS. Sounds like your 12 day pass is to unlock roaming without having to pay the £2 daily charge.
