Help with payment

Hi can anyone please help I'd like to pay the remaining balance on my three monthly Internet (mifi device) unfortunately I only have the actual number of the sim used. I don't have the account number nor can I remember the password To my three account, when I select "forgot password" it won't allow me to reset the password as I'm not connected to WiFi, (my services have been suspended until I clear outstanding balance) can anyone help me any further so I can make payment now rather later today
