Home Broadband not synchronising Outlook on S22

Hi there,

We've recently installed Three Home Broadband  and just about everything is working great.  The only issue I have is that Outlook on my mobile is no longer syncing new messages.  As soon as I turn off WiFi and connect to mobile data (GiffGaff) the inbox updates with all current messages as it should.  When on WiFi I have tried to manually force a sync, I've deleted my Outlook account and added it again and I've turned all devices off and on, but nothing has worked so far.

Samsung S22 Ultra with latest updates installed

Outlook app

I've tried Googling and also looking on the hub settings to see if anything is blocked, but cannot find an answer.  If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful.
