My home broadband has been down for almost a week. Called up they said 3 days which wasn’t good but they said it would be fixed Friday which it wasn’t, called again they now say hopefully in 7 days. So I’ve no home wifi and three won’t let me cancel without paying an early termination fee, I’ve only been with them since November and wish I’d never switched to them. Not sure what options I have and I’m also supposed to work from home which I also can’t do

I do not use 3 broadband so I have not read the ts&cs. Do they include a minimum service guarantee? Broadband is important to most households, yours in particular, so 3 should provide you with something even if it's a competitor's product.
