Want to add broadband account to my 3 app

You can certainly add your Home Broadband account to your current My3 app, as long as all the details match on both accounts we can get this done for you with our Customer Service Team.

How do you get to Support, all I get is redirected to 'live chat' (not live just automated) that can't understand 'add broadband number to existing account'

HI @Spartathisis,

Normally you should be presented with options to speak to the team if your enquiry requires this, or if you tell the chatbot that you'd like to speak to customer services. Alternatively, if you check the phone numbers on the page Maxine shared, you'll find a number for the broadband team there also.

We've also recently added the option to link accounts directly from My3, check for more actions, then link another account or number:
