I can't even change my email without contacting support?????

I no longer have access to the email address on my account, to change it, I need to contact support, security checks require access to my old email account.

I can't use the mobile number on my account,the technology doesn't exist (at Three).

I can't cancel my service, because that also requires access to email address associated with account, with no other option available, despite other options existing.

Needing to contact support to change email is an insane waste of money, first and foremost, but not using the vastly superior 2-step mobile verification in 2026 is purely ludicrous.

It's like their entire back-end was just slapped together as quickly as possible in order to shift 5G, but I've used the service for almost 2 years now, you've had plenty of time to implement STANDARDS, and you just haven't bothered, so I'm not going to bother paying, if I can't change my email, or cancel my account.

I’m afraid this isn’t customer service so your spleen venting is pointless. You say contacting customer service is “an insane waste of money” but you can use the chat function;which,whilst laborious is less of a financial drain. If I’m honest I’m not sure what your main gripe is;your perceived inability to change your email,your apparent issue using your mobile or your inability to cancel your service. Either way it’s customer service you’ll need to approach.
