Had my 5g mobile broadband hub for about a month now ever since I've had it download speed is vertually non existent , most of the time it stays about 8 mps or lower , if I had known it was this bad wouldn't of purchased it , tried putting SIM card in my phone works fine hub is in the best place I can a signal just rubbish

I have Three MOBILE (operative word) broadband and to the best of my knowledge they are 4g only!
That may account for your speeds.
Go into the router homepage and it will tell you about your type of connection.
