Hi, my download speed since we have had 3 is terrible unless u watch films at 6am ! We have 3 sims as a family and all the same and in a contract!

Sorry to hear this, how long has this been since you took out the plan? Are we talking about a Broadband, or phone SIM plan?
Have you been able to check out the Network Status in your area here?
Have you been in touch with customer services, if so what have they advised?
