Hi
Had three broadband for 6 months or so. I’ve posted recently about the speed dropping off a cliff. Support have been usless.
This week I have a new problem which may or may not be related to the speed. I cannot get Netflix to work because it keeps saying “You seem to be using an unblocker or proxy”. I use a proxy for work but not the TV.
any ideas?
thanks!

Hello there.
It sounds like Netflix might have incorrectly identified the IP address or IP address range that you are using as a proxy or VPN. If that's the case, they will block traffic from you to their services.
I'm not sure why that would happen. You may need to contact Netflix to highlight the issue. If you do have a VPN service that you are not using on the TV yet, one solution would be to set it up on your TV and set set the location to UK in the hopes that they can't detect that.
Pete.
