I'm having a Nintendo switch issue, worked fine on my previous virgin broadband. Now I have three as a new provider today. All of my other devices so far connect fine, but the Nintendo does not and will not tried all the basic resets etc. Error message below, have seen this is not a unique issue but on other threads no one seems to have solved it at all since back last year??
"Could not connect to the internet
Could not perform DNS name resolution"
please help, and I only have very basic tech knowledge and skills

Try changing the APN to manual and setting it to IPv4 only.

My kindles would not connect until I tried connecting to the guest WiFi. Then they worked. Might work for your switch?
