No Jiffy Bag

I cancelled my contract on Seotember 30th and I still have not received my Jiffy bag. I have asked twice already for it to be sent and nothing, and now I'm being threatened of being charged in 15 days despite the fact that I literally cannot return it...

I've seen a few posts with people having the same issue. Anyone can help? I've seen you respond @JonathanB to a few ?

Hi @MichaelP Michael, can you help me? 
My contract ended 16/12/25 and I’ve been waiting for the QR code / Jiffy bag to return the hub. 

I’ve contacted 3 customer support 4 times and they’ve just said they will have another sent / emailed out but I’ve not receive anything. 

im beginning to think they’re doing this on purpose so I get charged for non-return of the hub…
