Hi all.
I ended my 5g broadband contract with 3 on 5/4/2025. 3 sent me a prepaid Jiffy bag to return the router in. I’ve returned the router and the tracking number confirms that it was delivered. However I’ve not had any contact from 3 to confirm receipt of the returned router. Is this normal? Just asking as I don’t want to be lumbered with a charge for not returning the router.

To be on the safe side check with Three customer service. It’s quite a short timescale so it’s pretty certain all is ok.
