I cancelled my contract on Seotember 30th and I still have not received my Jiffy bag. I have asked twice already for it to be sent and nothing, and now I'm being threatened of being charged in 15 days despite the fact that I literally cannot return it...
I've seen a few posts with people having the same issue. Anyone can help? I've seen you respond @JonathanB to a few ?
